Client List
In order to provide the
best service to our clients, we perform an intake assessment at the first
appointment. We will tour your space, talk with you about what's working and
not working, and discuss specific problem areas. We'll then devise a plan,
prioritize where to start, and begin working hands-on with you to tackle your
organizing projects.
All appointments take
place in your environment and are scheduled in blocks of time that range from
three to six hours. The first step is to call or e-mail Emily to discuss your
specific needs. When we talk over the phone, we can learn more about how to
serve you and will advise you of our policies and rates.
All the information you
share at any point in the process, whether on the phone or in person, is held
in the strictest confidence. We know it can be a challenge to stay organized,
especially when life is so complicated. Rest assured, you will not be criticized
or judged for any amount of disorganization. We have pledged to follow the NAPO code
of ethics and take this oath very seriously. If you would
like to read what some of my clients have said about our organizing services,

SERVICE OPTIONS
Consultation only: If you just want to get ideas and implement them yourself, this option is for you. You will get an in-depth, step-by-step plan for your office or each room of your house (usually at least 2 hours).
One-on-one hands-on organizing with a Professional Organizer: The most often requested service. Start with the assessment, make the plan, then work together to tackle your projects. Emily will help you from start to finish, keeping you motivated.
Organizing In Absentia: After a consultation, Emily will come and do a “power-sort” in your absence, which will save your valuable time. Then you can purge excess papers or items either on your own or with Emily.
The Organizer and an Assistant: Twice as many hands, only 30% more cost. Good for large projects or projects with a deadline.
The Team Approach: Let a team of professionals tackle your big projects or projects with a deadline.
Maintenance Plan: After establishing a system that works for you, set up monthly or quarterly meetings with an organizer to check on your progress and help you tweak the system. Or, even have help doing the mundane task of filing each month or the annual clearing out of files to get ready for tax-time.
